Return Policy

Only products in new, resalable condition will be accepted for return. All items must include instruction manuals, accessories, and their original packaging. Approval for restocking returns is solely at the discretion of Ferrell & Company, Inc.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the invoice date, with warranty returns allowed within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. After 31 days, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

For warranty-related returns, credits will only be issued once the return has been reviewed and accepted by the vendor. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ensure returns are sent in a box, not an envelope, as improperly labeled or packaged returns will be rejected.

Returned items must be fully packaged with all components included. Items claimed as defective but found functional by Ferrell & Company will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Ferrell & Company does not provide return labels. It is strongly recommended to insure return shipments to ensure they are received.

Final Sale: The Following Items Cannot Be Returned!!!

  • Genuine leather bands
  • Any Citizen or Seiko capacitors sold.
  • Watch movements opened or removed from original manufacturer packaging.

*Special Cases*

  • Watch movements can only be returned if the defect was discovered within 15 days of purchase and during testing outside of a watch case. Time Connection Inc. is not liable for defects discovered after a movement has been installed in a case without prior testing.
  • Equipment may only be returned if found defective upon unboxing, and all claims must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty (see warranty section).
  • Parts, including circuits and Omega parts in their original manufacturer packaging, are not eligible for return.

Additional Refund Policy

To initiate a return, complete the RA request form located under the forms section at the bottom of the page. An RA number must be obtained before sending back any items.

Returns of stock items must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and will be evaluated individually. Approval for returns is at the discretion of Ferrell & Company. If the return is due to customer error, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, duties, and related charges for any returns, including restocking, warranty, non-warranty, or other returns. Items must be properly packaged in a box to avoid damage during transit. Any damage caused by improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.


Tips for Securely Packaging Returns

  • Use plain, unmarked packaging.
  • Avoid displaying company names or logos on shipping boxes. Use secure or alias names for shipping labels to reduce the risk of theft or fraud.
  • Limit the details shared on labels regarding the contents or recipient.
  • If shipping multiple packages, do not tape them together.
  • Prepare shipments under video surveillance and document the tracking number to have visual proof of what was packed and shipped.
  • For high-value items, always double-box your shipment. Seal the edges of both boxes with clear or fiber-reinforced tape to protect the contents from tampering.
  • Avoid leaving return packages unattended or placing them in drop boxes. Schedule a pickup with the shipping carrier or drop the package off at the carrier’s facility, ensuring you receive a receipt with the tracking number.

By following these guidelines, you can minimize the risk of shipping errors or fraudulent activity.
